florio HAEMO on haruldase verehaiguse hemofiilia ravi ja selle tulemuste seireks ette nähtud tarkvara. Tavakasutajad saavad salvestada hemofiiliaga seotud sündmusi ja näha isikustatud andmetrende ja -analüüse, mis aitavad neil oma haigusseisundiga toime tulla. Neid isikustatud andmetrende ja -analüüse saavad tervishoiutöötajad kasutada raviotsuste tegemise toetamiseks.

Sihtkasutajad on tavakasutajad (florio HAEMO rakendus) ja tervishoiutöötajad (florio HAEMO juhtpaneel). florio HAEMO ei ole ette nähtud kasutamiseks muude haiguste kui hemofiilia põdejatele.

florio HAEMO kuvatav teave ei ole ette nähtud diagnoosimise otstarbel kasutamiseks ega asenda põhjalikku meditsiinialast väljaõpet. Patsiendi diagnoosimisel ja ravis tuleb lähtuda ainult oma sõltumatust hinnangust.

florio HAEMO on haruldase verehaiguse hemofiilia ravi ja selle tulemuste jälgimiseks mõeldud tarkvara. Tavakasutajad saavad salvestada hemofiiliaga seotud sündmusi ning vaadata isikustatud andmete trende ja analüüse, mis aitavad neil oma seisundit kontrolli all hoida. Neid isikustatud andmetrende ja -analüüse saavad tervishoiutöötajad kasutada raviotsuste tegemise toetamiseks.

Sihtkasutajad on tavakasutajad (florio HAEMO rakendus) ja tervishoiutöötajad (florio HAEMO juhtpaneel).

florio HAEMO ei ole ette nähtud kasutamiseks muude haiguste kui hemofiilia põdejatele.

florio HAEMO kuvatav hüübimisfaktori % on vaid hinnang, mitte tegelik mõõtmistulemus. Hüübimisfaktori hinnanguline tase ei pruugi vastata patsiendi tegelikule praegusele hüübimisfaktori tasemele. Selle arvutab ja edastab väline farmakokineetikateenuse pakkuja. florio HAEMO saab patsiendi hüübimisfaktori taseme farmakokineetikateenuse pakkujalt pärast patsiendi iga salvestatud süstimist. Rakendusel florio HAEMO puudub selle hinnangu üle kontroll ja see ei saa tagada farmakokineetikateenuse pakkuja edastatud hinnangu täpsust. Konkreetse patsiendi raviplaanis farmakokineetikal põhineva profülaktikaga seotud muudatuste tegemise korral tuleb kindlasti vastavalt värskendada ka florio HAEMO juhtpaneelil sisestatud andmeid.

Tegevusteavet esitavad kolmandast osapoolest teenusepakkujad (HealthConnect ja Apple HealthKit). Rakendusel florio HAEMO puudub kontroll andmete üle, mille allikaks on nimetatud funktsioonid, ja see ei saa tagada nende andmete täpsust.
Kõik pakutavad funktsioonid sõltuvad teie ja teie patsiendi täpsest sisendist ning neid kasutatakse ja hallatakse ainult teie ja teie patsiendi vastutusel. Vigade ja ebatäpsuste esinemist florio HAEMO juhtpaneelil kuvatavates andmetes ei saa välistada.

florio ITP is a software intended to monitor treatment of immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), a rare haematologic disorder, and its outcomes.
Lay users can record ITP-related events and view personalised data trends and analyses that help them manage their condition.
These personalised data trends and analyses can be used to support treatment decision-making by HCPs.

Should you have any questions on my florio ITP please contact us at help@florio.com. my florio ITP is a digital diary intended to assist ITP patients to self-manage their condition. This is achieved by recording condition-related data including associated treatment, without the application providing specific treatment suggestions. With my florio ITP you are able to record, organize, and track your health information including platelet counts, bruises, petechiae, bleeds, fatigue, mood, activity levels, treatment information, and medical appointments. With the information you add, the application is able to collate and present personalized trends that may help you better understand your condition, and you can optionally share this with your healthcare professional.

florio PNH

florio PNH is a software intended to support the self-management of patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) to alleviate their disease burden. This is achieved by helping patients keep track of PNH management tasks, record condition-related data including associated treatment, and helping them better understand their condition. florio PNH allows patients to record, organize, and review their health information. Patients are also able to collate and present their health information over time. The application does not provide specific treatment recommendations to the user or their healthcare professional.
