florio HAEMO App Disclaimer:

florio HAEMO does not provide medical advice. florio HAEMO is intended to monitor haemophilia therapy. florio HAEMO consists of the florio HAEMO app and the florio HAEMO dashboard. Patient information can be recorded by the patient or their caregivers and shared between the user and their healthcare provider via the florio HAEMO dashboard, in advance of medical consultations, to facilitate care planning and potential treatment adjustment. Monitoring allows patients and/or caregivers to: A) record and display haemophilia related events (e.g. injections, bleeds, well-being, pain, and physical activity) and/or B) view estimated factor levels.
The intended users are patients diagnosed with Haemophilia and/or their respective caregivers (florio HAEMO app) and healthcare providers (florio HAEMO dashboard). Known contra-indications exist for patients A) diagnosed with a current Factor VIII or Factor IX inhibitor and/or B) using non-factor replacement therapies. None of the information provided represents (auxiliary) medical advice or is intended to replace the treatment guidance by your health care provider. Only your health care provider can determine the treatment appropriate for your specific condition. It is absolutely necessary that you exclusively adhere to the treatment plan supplied by your health care provider. The factor level % shown represents an estimate only and is no actual measurement. The estimated factor-level may not correspond to your actual, current factor-level. It is calculated and supplied by a third party service (McMaster PopPK platform, McMaster University, Canada, https://www.mcmasterpoppk.org,) and not by Florio GmbH itself. florio HAEMO retrieves your factor level from the McMaster PopPK platform after each saved injection. florio HAEMO has no control over the estimate and cannot guarantee the accuracy of the estimate provided by the McMaster PopPK platform. The treatment plan details are also supplied via the McMaster PopPK platform as per your health care provider specification on the McMaster PopPK platform, which is also the basis for the medication reminder. Please immediately reach out to your health care provider if your medication plan is not accurate. Errors or imprecisions in the data shown in florio HAEMO cannot be excluded. Activity information is provided by third party provider (Google Fit and Apple HealthKit) and florio HAEMO does not have control over data derived from such features and cannot guarantee the accuracy of such data. All provided features depend on you and your health care provider`s accurate input; and are used and managed under your and your health care provider`s responsibility only. In addition to the florio  HAEMO app, there is the voluntary option to use the florio HAEMO Kids app. The Kids app does not provide medical advice and intends to only display information entered through florio HAEMO by the caregiver in a child-friendly and engaging way.
